What is Invisalign® for teens?

Invisalign® for teens works just the same way as Invisalign® treatment for adults. The difference is that your teen’s custom-made aligners come with blue wear indicators to help them remember to wear the aligners for the recommended 22 hours a day.

Teens love Invisalign® treatment because it is so discreet and they can smile all through treatment. The aligners are like thin, clear mouthguards that are each shaped a bit differently to guide your teen’s smile into alignment over the course of treatment.

Instead of visiting the practice for regular adjustments, your teen can switch to a new set of aligners from the comfort of home every couple weeks. They can even remove their aligners for meals, events and brushing and flossing - so they don’t need to change their routine during treatment.
